    Email provider deliverability scorecard

Compare how consumer, business, privacy, and regional email providers respond to verification. Use public signal data to segment your list and improve deliverability.

This scorecard is built from public provider behaviour and aggregate anonymized verification signals. It is a guide for segmentation, not a guarantee of inbox placement.

    Apple iCloud

Hide My Email relay addresses behave like real mailboxes but may show lower engagement for marketing.

    Proton Mail

Privacy-first provider with deliberately limited SMTP information. Treat unknown results carefully.

    Zoho Mail

Popular with small businesses and freelancers. Generally reliable if the domain is properly configured.

    Yandex

    Mail.ru / VK

Large Russian-language base. Similar to Yandex, international sends may face filtering.

    Tencent QQ / NetEase

Chinese providers with strict inbound filtering. IP and domain reputation are critical.

Japanese carrier mail (docomo, au, SoftBank)

Small business domains are often catch-all and use role-based addresses. Segment these carefully.

    Temporary / disposable providers
