By accessing or using VeriMailX's email validation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Service Description

VeriMailX provides email validation services through our API and web interface. Our service checks email addresses for syntax validity, domain existence, MX records, SMTP connectivity, and other factors to determine deliverability.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to validate email addresses without proper consent
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VeriMailX are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

VeriMailX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
